Many parts of our lives are dominated by the image we project to the outside world. We constantly compare ourselves to others, especially online. The growth of social media and technologies that allow for quick and easy internet access mean that we are more able than ever to present variations of ourselves to the public. This ongoing series examines locations that promise self-enhancement or improvement, places that lead us to believe we are creating a better version of ourselves that can then be shared online or in the flesh.
